Due to the nature of air filtration products and health standards, all sales are FINAL once an order has shipped, except as expressly stated below:
***Our warehouses do NOT accept returns of any type.***
We do COVER the cost of reship or refund for any scenario where the warehouse or FedEx were at fault.
Refunds are accepted if ONLY the following conditions are met:
- The item was damaged in transit, defective, or incorrectly shipped by the warehouse
- The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery
- The item is unused, uninstalled and unopened
- Proof of Purchase if provided
We are unable to cover the cost of any issues caused from the customer as stated below:
The following items are strictly non-refundable:
- Ordered wrong size filter
- Opened, used, or installed filters
- Filters removed from original packaging
- Custom sized, special order, or non standard filters
- Clearance or discounted items
- Subscription orders once shipped
- Order delays due to carrier issues once tendered to the carrier
- Bulk or multipack orders
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Shipping charges are non refundable
- Refund processing may take 7-14 business days
Subscriptions:
- Subscriptions may be canceled before the next billing date
- Once a subscription order has processed or shipped, the order is FINAL and no refunds or cancellations will be issued
